Body Solutions Rx Inc wants to let our clients and affiliates know that our company has not been affected by the recent decision by the FDA to shut down several companies that offer a version of the hcg protocol and product. In review, these companies sell hcg products through online stores and brick-and-mortar stores with no oversight - just a product to be used with a diet. Some stores affected are Costco, GNC, and Target, as well as several online sites that sell just hcg products for a low price.
Body Solutions Rx offers a product that is produced in an lab that is highly rated by the FDA, adheres to cGMPs (Good manufacturing practices), is labeled correctly, and is fully insured. At the same time, unlike many online entities that are selling cheap and inaccurate hcg products for a quick buck, Body Solutions Rx stands by our product and process, adheres to the standards above, and offers service consistent with the oversight needed to help clients pursue a safe and effective weight loss program.
The reality is that over some time, legislation may come to pass that changes how clinics and stores can offer the popular Simeon's Protocol with hcg products. It is our belief that we as a company have due diligence to recognize these trends and learn along the way, so as to better provide safe, effective and economical products and services in a RESPONSIBLE setting for our clients.
